Terms and Conditions

For an exchange or refund you must:

• contact us within 7 days of delivery
• request cancellation within 24 hours of purchas
• ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.

We cannot accept exchanges or refunds on custom orders or sale items unless items are damaged or faulty. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items will be refunded upon receipt so we recommend using a tracked / signed for service.
